Whether you are working with your own architect or interior designer, or selecting from one of our plans, we recommend involving T3 Homes early in the design process. Our team can provide guidance on long-lead-time materials and value engineering opportunities to help prevent delays and maintain alignment with your budget. Our goal is to streamline the entire design and construction experience for you.
T3 Homes is committed to close collaboration with your architect and interior designer to ensure your vision is fully realized. If you are in the early stages of planning, we can assist you in selecting the architect or designer best suited to your needs and expectations. We work with both local and national design professionals, and also offer the option of partnering with our in-house architect for a fully integrated design-build experience.
